Signature Mark Chauffeurs
Terms of Service 

CONTRACT

At Signature Mark Chauffeurs, we offer our customers a seamless and professional experience with the following service guidelines:

​

Waiting Time:​

​​

  • For pickups within London (residential or business addresses), we offer up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time based on the specified postcode.

​

  • At all airports, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight has landed.

​

Direct Trips:​

​​

  • Our fares are based on direct trips with the expectation that passengers are ready to travel at the scheduled time and location.

​

UK Address Pickups:

​​

  • For pickups from any UK address, our chauffeurs will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled time. If we cannot reach the passenger (including ringing the doorbell and calling the contact phone number), the driver will be released, and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost of the booking.

​

Additional Charges:

​​

  • There will be an additional charge for any unscheduled stops or diversions during the journey that were not included in the original booking (minimum £20). Waiting charges of £15 will apply for every additional 15 minutes beyond the complimentary waiting period.

​

  • SIGNATURE MARK CHAUFFEURS OPERATION DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND ANY CANCELLATIONS OF VEHICLE HIRE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. AS FOLLOWS:

  • Additional surcharge of 50% on the price listed on the site may be added on the following dates 24,26, 31 December.

  • 100 % on 25 of December and 1st January

​

Reservation Confirmation:

​​

  • A FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HIRE IS NOT CONFIRMED IF FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

  • PAYMENT METHODS CAN BE MADE VIA BANK TRANSFER.

​​

  • PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CONFIRMING THE QUOTATIONS UNLESS SIGNATURE MARK TOURS HAVE AGREED TO EXTEND THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE. SIGNATURE MARK TOURS CAN ONLY EXTEND PAYMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL 24 HOURS FAILURE TO DO SO CAN LEAD TO CANCELATION OF THE HIRE.

  • CONFIRMATIONS: ONCE THE PAYMENTS ARE COMPLETED AND HIRE IS CONFIRMED, SIGNATURE MARK TOURS WILL SEND THE HIRER A FINAL HIRE CONFIRMATION, WHICH YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND RETURN BACK TO US.

  • No reservation is considered accepted until confirmed by phone or email, and the passenger has been issued a reference number.

​

Safety:

​​

  • Safety is our top priority. Our chauffeurs are trained to operate vehicles safely and in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits. They are empowered to use their judgment to ensure the safety of all passengers and vehicles.

​

  • SIGNATURE MARK CHAUFFEURS IS ABLE TO PROVIDE UPON REQUEST A CHILD CAR SEATS ON ANY OF OUR VEHICLES. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT PASSENGERS CARRY CAR SEATS WITH TRAVELLING INFANTS FOR COMFORT AND SAFETY. PASSENGERS CAN PLACE PUSHCHAIRS AND BUGGIES (DEPENDING ON THE SIZE) IN THE STORAGE COMPARTMENT (BOOT) OF VEHICLES.

Route Selection:​

​​

  • Our chauffeurs will follow the most suitable route on the day unless advised otherwise by the customer during the booking process.

​

  • THE DRIVERS RETAIN FINAL DISCRETION OVER THE PICK-UP AND SET-DOWN LOCATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1991 AND LOCAL RESTRICTIONS AT THE TIME OF THE JOURNEY. SHOULD THE HIRER, OR ANY PERSON CLAIMING TO REPRESENT THE HIRER, INSIST THAT PASSENGERS ARE PICKED UP/SET-DOWN IN A LOCATION NOT APPROVED BY THE DRIVER THE HIRER AGREES TO PAY ANY PARKING/TRAFFIC VIOLATION PENALTY OR FINE. THIS MAY BE INCURRED AND AGREES THAT IT WILL REIMBURSE SIGNATURE MARK CHAUFFEURS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Damage Liability:​

​​

  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the hired vehicle during their use. This includes damage to the vehicle's interior or any other property belonging to Signature Mark Chauffeurs.

​

  • SICKNESSES ON BOARD COACHES: SIGNATURE MARK TOURS, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE A CLEANING CHARGE OF UP TO £300.00 PLUS VAT IN ANY CASE OF SICKNESS, DAMAGE AND UNCOLLECTED RUBBISH, FOOD ECT.

Refunds:

​​

  • Refunds will be issued if notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, with specific terms for directed bookings and event bookings. No refund will be issued for errors in booking information or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup.

​

Contractual Agreement:​​

​

  • By using our services, you enter into a contractual agreement directly with Signature Mark Chauffeurs, and this contract is consistent with applicable legal requirements. 

​

  • CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY AND COMMUNICATE IF THE HIRE IS FOR A SPECIFIC OCCASION AND HAS ANY OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENT.
